A Pair of Rigby Flintlock Service Pistols. With round browned barrels, stamped ‘DUBLIN’ along the top flats, with plain steel tangs, fitted below with captive ramrods, stepped bevelled locks, stamped ‘RIGBY’, full-stocked in walnut (one pistol with small chip to front of stock, the other with a tiny slither replacement above the lock) with swelling fish-tail butts, regulation brass furniture comprising trigger guards, butt caps and side-nail escutcheons.
Notes:
In need of gentle restoration overall. Some small nicks and dings to woodwork, the main issue being one frizen needs repairing at the top. Both mechanically fine.
