A Bronze Barrelled Flintlock Blunderbuss Pistol by Wheeler of London, With belled brass barrel and action in one piece, the former with two mouldings at the muzzle, side mounted brass ramrod and sprung bayonet beneath, trigger guard acting as bayonet catch, border engraved action, signed ‘Wheeler’ in script to the left and ‘London’ to the right, engraved sliding thumb-piece safety catch, figured walnut butt, Tower of London private proofs.
