A Scarce Roberts 1861/63 Conversion Rifle Musket. With sighted round barrel, retained by three barrel bands with external springs, with Roberts patent falling breechblock assembly, lockplate dated 1864. Standard walnut full-stock with sling mounts and original ramrod.
